'We find our path by wallking on it.'

 

We are fellow travellers on a journey. My travels, both inner and outer, have brought me progressively further  along the intriguing shores of coaching. My work with REAP is to share my experience, understanding, yes even wisdom, to support fellow travellers especially at certain crossroads, in areas of their life and work.   

 

After travelling and living in Latin America, I have 30 years of experience working at every level within the charitable, health and social care  sectors. This includes 15 years as senior manager, services' executive director, as well as extensive experience as Board Trustee.

 

I have coached, led, managed, mentored, motivated sometimes counselled individuals and teams along all kinds of terrains, land and seascapes through periods of considerable change and obtaining the results necessary to transform the lives of our end service users.

 

In parallel to my career, my voyage has carried me to the mountain peaks, deep valleys and oceans of being human including relationships as husband, parent, son and  grandparent, exploring life from rich acdaemic, leadership, counselling and coaching perspectives, in order to understand,support and provide guidance along the way.
